CarbonKick

Organic matter and nutrients in one product

Soil health in every granule

High carbon content

CarbonKick products contain at least 50% organic carbon which is tasty food for soil microbes, who in return make nutrients available for plants.

Organic nutrients

Macro- and micronutrients come in an organic form that can be immediately taken up by your plants and will not be tied up or leach out.

Easy to handle

CarbonKick granules save you the hassle of manure handling – our product can be stored and spread just like mineral fertilizers.

Manure is king

CarbonKick products are based on fermented animal manure which means they are 100% weed- and pathogen-free while they are still a living material.

We mix the manure with other organic (meat bone meal, feather meal, ash etc.) and inorganic materials to formulate a complex fertilizer with at least 50% organic matter and high nutrient content.

The organic matter feeds the soil microbes and the nutrients feed your plant, so you get maximum crop performance and better nutrient uptake.

The right product at the right rate

Though CarbonKick products have lower nutrient content than commodity fertilizers (Urea N46, NPK 15-15-15, NPK 8-24-24, MAP 12-52 and so on), our field trials in corn and sunflower have demonstrated that the yields of CarbonKick treatments can be compared with inorganic fertilizer treatments.

CarbonKick can be applied with your fertilizer spreader in the fall before rapeseed, barley and wheat, or in the spring before corn, soybeans and sunflower. Planters and drills equipped with fertilizer tank can also apply CarbonKick as an organic starter right next to the seed.

Better nutrient availability at all stages

Our experiments have shown better nutrient use efficiency in corn. The graph shows a min-till corn (FAO group 490) that was sampled for plant sap on 5th July 2021 (location: Somogy county, Hungary).

The young leaves of CarbonKick Spark 250 kg/ha dosage show higher values than the NPK 8-24-24 treatment. We can easily spot the long-lasting effect of CarbonKick in macro- and micronutrients as well.

(The “100%” line represents the reference values, i.e. the desired nutrient content of corn leaves in this stage.)
